When the voodoo high priestess dies, her son Willis expects to inherit his mother's powers and be made leader of the cult. But this is not the case and Willis, bent on revenge, reincarnates Blacula. With Willis as his slave they infiltrate the voodoo cult until a police investigation leads to a bloody confrontation between police and the small army of vampires.
